How to Return an Item

All our items are quality checked before despatch.  However, in the rare instance that you find an item to be in faulty condition, please contact us by email at  enquiries@thewoodenboxmill.co.uk  We will of course be pleased to help you with any problem.

Contact by email should be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods, in line with the distance selling regulations.

To return an unwanted item please also contact us to discuss.  Normally in the instance of an item being in perfect condition, but simply unwanted, the customer is required to pay for the return postage.

All items should be returned in original packaging with all stickers in place, fit for resale where applicable.
