Post Purchase Queries
If you have any question after you have made your purchase, including ‘Where is my order?’ or ‘I have a problem with the items received’. Click here to email the details.
In the first instance, please email to discuss any items you may need to return. If your item has been damaged in transit, please attach a photo for speed of resolution. Please notify us of damages before you use the item and within 7 days of receipt. You should aim to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. You will need to cover the cost of return postage if you wish to return unwanted goods. In the instance of an error in your delivery or damage, we will cover that cost.
