Delivery & Returns

We understand you don't want to wait around for delivery so fast despatch is our top priority.

Here is everything you need to know:-

Standard and Express Delivery
All items are despatched the same day if you order by 1pm (Monday to Friday).  

Delivery is also Monday to Friday unless stated otherwise.

There are no despatches or deliveries on bank holidays.  Delivery charges are based on the weight of your shopping plus your delivery postcode.

Choose Royal Mail delivery or courier delivery at checkout.  All services are tracked.  If you are working to a tight deadline we recommend choosing courier delivery.  We offer a premium DPD Express Overnight Delivery option to mainland UK (excluding Highlands and islands which will be 2 days). 

Please note that if extreme weather conditions or other factors delay your order in transit, we will not be able to refund delivery charges as this is out of our control.  

Royal Mail delivery may take a little longer during Christmas peak season so choose a courier if you have a tight deadline.  We are not liable for any financial losses resulting in a parcel taking longer than expected to arrive.

Overseas / International Customers
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, you are responsible for paying any import customs charges which can include customs clearance charges, import VAT and import duty/taxes. You will be billed for such charges by the courier at point of import and the costs need to be paid immediately to enable your parcel to be delivered.

Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please post your goods within 14 days, back to Craftmill Ltd Unit 8 Chichester Road, Romiley, SK6 4BL. Enclose your original order confirmation/paperworl and mark the items you are returning on the paperwork and note a reason for the return on there.  Please post back by standard mail (at your expense), keeping a proof of postage for your records.  If you are returning the whole order, we refund the original postage you paid. 

 If your order arrived damaged or with defects or you received the wrong items, please do get in touch for help click on this link to contact us within 28 days of delivery at [email protected] so we can rapidly help.  Please send a snapshot of the issue if possible along with some information about the problem to allow a speedy response within 2 working days.
